Splash Pad and Sprayground
Downtown Cary Park has two water play features for cooling down on a hot day. The Sprayground is located on Academy Plaza and the Splash Pad is located in The Nest play area.
The water play features at Downtown Cary Park are open for the season.

- Daily: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Splash pad (The Nest) STATUS
The Splash Pad is open for the season.
The Splash Pad will be closed on the second Monday of each month for routine maintenance.
Sprayground (Academy Plaza) STATUS
The Sprayground is open for the season.
The Sprayground will be closed on the second Monday of each month for routine maintenance.
For Your Safety. . .
- No pets, wheeled toys, food, drink, glass containers, gum, or candy allowed in the Sprayground or Splash Pad.
- No lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk.
- Do not drink the Sprayground or Splash Pad water.
- Swimsuits and/or appropriate attire must be worn at all times.
- Swim diapers must be worn by children who are not potty-trained.
- No running or rough play.
- No soaps, detergents, or shampoos allowed.
- Any person violating rules may be required to leave the Sprayground or Splash Pad area.
