Soma Breath Energized Breathwork

Join Joss, a Master Soma Breath Instructor, for a dynamic 90-minute guided practice blending rhythmic pranayama, breath holds, movement, and chanting to boost energy, clarity, and CO₂ tolerance. Paired with transformational music, it calms stress, improves oxygen efficiency and HRV, and elevates mood and focus.
