Imaginary Series/Landscapes of Embodiment
This class offers a refined technique to support your movement, expression, and articulation. By applying movement theorist Rudolf Laban’s 9-point system, dancers explore rich nuances in both body and imagination. Practice through a blend of guided improvisation and Amanda’s original choreography. Open to all dance and somatic backgrounds.
