Get ready to shamrock and roll at School BreakOUT! in the Park, a St. Patrick’s Day-themed celebration perfect for kids and families! This festive day is packed with exciting activities, including a Shamrock Scavenger Hunt and St. Patrick’s Day kid’s BINGO. Try your luck at building the ultimate Leprechaun Trap with The Scrap Exchange, and explore the science of color with Ink Chromatography Exploration led by Mad Science, where kids will uncover the hidden rainbow inside black ink while learning the science behind colors and chemical separation! Plus, enjoy lively performances and a dance lesson from the talented Triggle Academy of Irish Dance. Best of all, it’s free and open to the public! Come dressed in your lucky green and don’t miss this chance to celebrate with leaps, luck, and laughter at the Park!
- 12 – 8 p.m.: Imagination Blocks and Lawn Games in Park St Arena
- 12 – 7 p.m.: Shamrock Scavenger Hunt (begins at Frantz Square Lawn)
- 12 – 4 p.m.: Build a Leprechaun Trap with The Scrap Exchange on the Great Lawn Pavilion
- 2 – 4 p.m.: St. Patrick’s Kid BINGO on Academy Plaza
- 3 – 7 p.m.: Ink Chromatography Exploration with Mad Science on Frantz Square Lawn
- 3 – 8 p.m.: Death by Taco Food Truck at Park St Courts
- 5 – 5:45 p.m.: Irish Dance Performance and Dance Teaching Session by the Triggle Academy of Irish Dance on the Great Lawn Pavilion
- 6:30– 7 p.m.: Irish Dance Performance by the Triggle Academy of Irish Dance on the Great Lawn Pavilion
